LONDON: With the final decision pending from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) with reference to the 'cover pricing' scandal uncovered earlier this year, the UK Contractors Group and the National Federation of Builders have joined forces and launched a Code of Conduct.
LONDON: With the final decision pending from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) with reference to the 'cover pricing' scandal uncovered earlier this year, the UK Contractors Group and the National Federation of Builders have joined forces and launched a Code of Conduct.
The Code is aimed at reassuring public, private and regulatory authorities that the investigation by the OFT is being taken seriously and being dealt with within the construction industry.
The OFT's final decision is due to be announced later this month.
