COLNEY: Vokèra has strengthened its training department with the appointment of a new training coordinator, Roshni Sagoo. Based at Vokèra’s office in London Colney, Ms Sagoo will be responsible for the coordination of the business’s training programme and for the development of new courses for installers and engineers.
COLNEY: Vokèra has strengthened its training department with the appointment of a new training coordinator, Roshni Sagoo. Based at Vokèra’s office in London Colney, Ms Sagoo will be responsible for the coordination of the business’s training programme and for the development of new courses for installers and engineers.
Vokèra currently runs a number of training courses that focus on the need of the installer to become familiar with Vokèra products to enable a quick and simple installation or repair.
Courses available include; installation and commissioning, fault finding and Solar thermal and Air Source Heat Pump courses that are accredited through Logic. Vokèra also offer individual tailored training courses and CPD accredited seminars.
Ms Sagoo said: “The new role is an exciting step for me and I’m really looking forward to developing the training programme further. “Vokèra prides itself on the provision of excellent training and I know how important it is for engineers and installers to stay abreast of the latest product innovations, something we will keep in mind when developing new courses.”
In her new role, Ms Sagoo will be supporting the trainees from initial booking right through to completion and, where necessary, accreditation ensuring all engineers are trained to the highest of standards and in-line with current industry guidelines.
