Beacon Fencing, one of the largest fencing stockists in the Sussex region, has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities with the purchase of a new Postsaver Pro-Shrink Application Machine, enabling the company to increase production of guaranteed long-life fence posts.
The family-run business, based near Haywards Heath, has been supplying Postsaver-protected fence posts since 2016 and has invested in the new equipment in response to growing demand from both domestic and commercial customers seeking longer-lasting fencing solutions.
The Postsaver system protects timber fence posts at ground level, the area most vulnerable to rot and decay, allowing Beacon Fencing to offer customers posts backed by a 20-year guarantee.
Daniel Bastable, Owner of Beacon Fencing Ltd, explained: "We've worked with Postsaver for many years and have seen demand for protected fence posts increase year after year. Customers are looking for products that offer long-term value, and Postsaver allows us to confidently provide a solution backed by a 20-year guarantee."
"As demand has continued to grow, it made sense to invest in our production capabilities. The new machine has already made a significant difference, increasing efficiency and allowing us to process posts much faster than manual application. It's a great addition to our workshop and has been well received by the team."
The Postsaver Pro-Shrink Machine has been designed to help manufacturers, merchants and contractors apply factory-quality post protection quickly and efficiently without the need for large-scale production facilities. Capable of processing up to 90 posts per hour, the compact machine can be operated by a single user and requires minimal setup.
Claire Owen, Sales Manager at Postsaver, added: "It's fantastic to see Beacon Fencing continue to invest in their business and respond proactively to customer demand. They have been a valued Postsaver partner for over a decade, and we're delighted to support them as they expand their production capacity and continue delivering high-quality fencing products to customers across the South East."
The investment forms part of Beacon Fencing's ongoing commitment to providing customers with durable, high-quality fencing solutions while maintaining competitive pricing and reliable service across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Kent.
