An existing 30 000sqft unit on Barn Road is to be divided to make way for Focus DIY and Marks & Spencer Simply Food. Once the £590,000 shell is complete the tenants will do their own fit-out.

Congleton Retail and Business Park is to the west of Congleton town centre next to the A34 Clayton bypass.
