Grafton Group plc, the builders merchanting and DIY Group with operations in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium, has completed the acquisition of Allsand Supplies, a single branch general builders’ merchant located in Larkfield, Kent, for an undisclosed sum.

Allsand Supplies reported revenue of £6m in the year to 31 March 2015. “This bolt-on acquisition enhances market coverage and complements the existing branch network in the South East of England,” Grafton said in a statement.
