National independent merchant group H&B has announced that Steve Durdant-Hollamby is taking over as Chairman of the Group.
Steve Durdant-Hollamby has a wealth of experience from across the building materials industry, including his senior leadership experience with Lords Group Trading and Genuit Group.
Having worked across both merchanting and manufacturing, Steve brings a valuable perspective to H&B and a real understanding of what makes successful partnerships between independent merchants and suppliers work.
Durdant-Hollamby said: "I'm incredibly excited to be taking on the role of Chairman of H&B. It's a fantastic group with ambitious independent merchants and great supplier partners.
