Danny Cole will be representing the Membrane Manufacturer membership category.
Danny Cole, Trading Director at Flex-R, has been elected to the Single Ply Roofing Association Council of Directors, representing the Membrane Manufacturer membership category.
Having worked in the UK roofing and waterproofing industry since 1999, Cole brings extensive sector experience to the association. His two-year term began at SPRA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September.
"I am delighted to have been elected by my peers and look forward to contributing to the association and supporting its members during my time on the Council. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with roofing merchants, contractors and specifiers on product development, technical and regulatory matters, training and customer support.
"This breadth of experience has given me a clear understanding of the needs and challenges across the supply chain, alongside practical experience in bringing manufacturers and their customers together. I am passionate about the roofing sector and its future," said Cole.
Founded in 1992, SPRA is the official trade association and UK authority for the single-ply and polymer flat roofing industry. It offers technical support, guidance on flat roofing standards, accredited courses and bespoke training. Its mission is to support growth and sustainability across the sector by promoting the value of single-ply technology and maintaining high standards of manufacture and installation.
