Hahn Plastics UK (HPUK) has appointed Rob Pietrzak as its new Director of Finance and Professional Services, as it accelerates a major programme of investment, site modernisation and business growth.
Pietrzak has joined the Greater-Manchester manufacturer with more than 25 years' experience in finance, including over 16 years with a global medical technology company where he held senior finance positions across the UK and Europe.
In his new role, he will work closely with the senior leadership team to lead strategic planning, financial reporting and budgeting, while also overseeing the company's HR and IT functions.
Pietrzak is expected to play a key role in supporting HPUK's long-term growth ambitions through enhanced financial management and business performance, with a focus on greater automation and real-time reporting.
He will also act as a link between other departments, driving greater collaboration and joined-up thinking, while ensuring the business has the people, policies and technology needed to support its long-term goals.
