Beggs and Partners has appointed Louise Williams as Regional Director following its recent acquisition of the Just Add Water bathroom showrooms and assets of the former Fayers Plumbing and Building Supplies operations in Barnet and Buckhurst Hill.

With over 25 years' experience in building materials industry, Williams began her career as a business co-ordinator before moving into sales and then applying her expertise to commercial director and managing director roles.

Williams has served as the BMF Regional Chair for London and the South East, becoming the first woman to hold the role. Her contribution to the building materials sector was also recognised earlier in 2026 when she was invited to join the Worshipful Company of Builders Merchants.

In her new role, Williams will oversee the integration of the Just Add Water's Barnet and Buckhurst Hill operations, and will be key to strengthening Beggs & Partners' presence in the South East.

Williams said: "My career in the building materials industry has never been about standing still. I have always been someone who enjoys a challenge, likes to understand how a business works and, most importantly, believes that great people and strong relationships are at the heart of any successful business.

"After nearly two decades of building relationships, developing people, and helping businesses grow, I genuinely love this industry – and I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next with the backing and support of such a great business."

Ian Beggs, CEO of Beggs and Partners and Chairman of the PHG Buying Group, said: "Louise has built an impressive reputation across the building materials sector, not just for her commercial ability, but for the relationships she builds and the energy she brings with her.

"I am delighted to have her joining our senior team, and I know her experience and personality will be a real asset to our business as we continue our growth plans in England as we have been doing in Northern Ireland for the last 65 years. Although, she may discover that we do things slightly differently on this side of the Irish Sea – or the actual mainland, as we like to call it."
