Lee Caulfield appointed as its new Head of Sales for Residential Specification and James Matthews its new Head of Public Health.

Baxi has added two more members of staff.

Strengthening its support for housebuilders, developers and social housing providers in the journey to net zero, Lee Caulfield has been appointed its new Head of Sales for Residential Specification.

Bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as Sales Director at Titon Hardware and 15 years working in the residential new build and social housing sector, Caulfield has been appointed to lead the residential specification team working with new build and social housing clients.

Caulfield said: "Bringing my experience of the ventilation world and the housing sector, I hope to lead the team to provide the best residential heating specification expertise and service to our new build and social housing clients.”

Meanwhile, James Matthews is the new Head of Public Health to lead its technical specification and sales team in supplying energy efficient low-carbon hot water solutions involving Heatrae Sadia and Andrews Water Heaters products.

Matthews joins Baxi with a wealth of experience gained from previous roles within the construction industry, most recently as Business Development Director at Polypipe.

Experts in hot water systems and renewable/LZC technologies, Baxi’s Public Health team assists public health and mechanical engineers, contractors and commercial end-users in achieving the best solutions for every commercial hot water application.

Matthews said: “This is an exciting time to be joining Baxi, given the increasing focus on decarbonising heating and hot water in buildings. From specification to supply and commissioning, I am looking forward to leading my team in providing the best solutions and technical support for our existing and new customers as they transition to a low/zero carbon future.”
