Agreement renewal reinforces acoustic and vibration specialist’s market leading position
CMS Danskin Acoustics has been awarded a new five year contract by REGUPOL BSW GMBH, to distribute its complete range of acoustic, vibration and structural control solutions throughout the UK and Ireland. Having held exclusive distribution rights for the Regupol® acoustic product ranges since 2003, the latest contract renewal is testament to CMS Danskin Acoustics’ ability to deliver market leading technical support, customer service, warehousing and logistics.
Part of the Performance Technology Group (PTG), CMS Danskin Acoustics is one of the largest single distributors of Regupol® worldwide, having delivered millions of square metres of the product to residential, commercial and public sector construction projects during the past 17 years.
Effective from January 2020, the new agreement enables CMS Danskin Acoustics to continue innovating in partnership with REGUPOL BSW to bring advanced acoustic and vibration systems to market. The most recent example of this was the launch of the Regupol® FX-G range. Designed to specifically control impact and structure borne sound in the fitness industry, Regupol® FX-G was the result of a collaboration between CMS Danskin Acoustics and REGUPOL BSW to address a market shift towards the construction of gyms in mixed-use and multi-storey buildings.

While the original distribution agreement coincided with the introduction of Approved Document E of the Building Regulations, CMS Danskin Acoustics and REGUPOL BSW have continually invested in the development of new solutions to expand the core range of Regupol® impact sound products beyond Part E compliance. This partnership approach has enabled both businesses to achieve year-on-year growth through diversification and innovation.
