People using their smartphones to control their security systems will have specialist advice on tap thanks to ERA’s new helpdesk.
The home security specialist has set up a four-strong team to offer technical support to homeowners, tradespeople and local authorities using its Smartware range – ERA’s cloud based security system that can be integrated with smartphones.
The team is led by Customer Support Manager Liam Moses, who has a background in digital sales and customer service. Also on the team are Phil Robinson, who has ten years’ experience in retail customer service, Matthew Bird, who also has a retail background, and Kaush Patel, who has a background in IT and call centres.
Robinson said: “Our job is to take the pressure off the customer, calm the situation and provide the solution.”
