ForgeFix, one of the UK's leading distributors of fixings, fasteners and associated products, has extended the opening hours of its central sales office.
The department, based at the company's Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire site, will now be open from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8am to 5pm on Friday.
ForgeFix says the department's extended opening hours will meet growing demand for its products.
On a day-to-day basis, the office provides account management and administrative support to ForgeFix’s nationwide sales managers. It also directly assists customers with a range of order, account and technical enquiries.
It is instrumental to maintaining accurate order fulfilment as well as responsive service and after-sales support, the company claims.
Jason Whelan, national sales manager at ForgeFix, said: “Our centralised sales office continues to play an important role in ForgeFix’s success. We have extended the department’s opening hours to make this team’s expertise and support as widely available as possible.
“As our customer base continues to expand, we also wanted to ensure the department’s opening hours accurately reflected and accommodated those of a growing number of businesses we serve.”
