Geberit has appointed Oliver Talbot as Regional Sales Manager for Bathroom Projects – North.

Talbot brings extensive experience across construction, project delivery and commercial leadership. He began his career with Portakabin, where he spent 18 years in a range of roles including territory sales and regional commercial management, developing a strong understanding of project-led environments and customer needs. He later moved to Drax, where he gained further experience in operational leadership, supply chain and logistics within a large-scale business.

In his new role, Talbot will be responsible for driving sales performance across the north of the country, working closely with contractors, merchants and key project stakeholders. A core part of his remit will be building early engagement in the specification process, ensuring customers are supported with high-quality, reliable solutions from the outset.

Talbot said: “I was really attracted to Geberit’s brand and reputation for quality, as well as the culture and people within the business. It’s a global organisation, but with a strong sense of identity and values, which really resonated with me.

“As I settle into the role, my focus is on getting to know the team, products and market, while building strong relationships with contractors and partners. Early engagement is key so we can better support projects from the outset and help influence specification.

“There are clear opportunities for growth across the North, particularly within the contractor space and social housing, alongside wider residential development driven by housing targets.

“In terms of first impressions, they couldn’t be better - the welcome and onboarding have been excellent, and there’s a real willingness across the business to connect and support each other. The company’s values are clearly lived and celebrated.”
