JELD-WEN has launched a new marketing initiative aimed at helping builders’ merchants across the UK boost their window sales.

The manufacturer of timber windows, doors and stairs will be installing branded display units, showcasing its premium timber window range, into merchant stores around the country.

The display units will offer trade professionals the opportunity to touch and experience the windows’ craftsmanship while in store. As well as helping customers to visualise how the products could suit their individual project requirements, the displays will also highlight the versatility of JELD-WEN’s windows by demonstrating products in a range of finishes.

The units will offer samples of five window products with accompanying literature for customers to take away with them. The main display area will house a fully-finished casement window sample, complete with premium Pilkington glass, newly-launched pinless beading and quality ERA chrome hardware. Four corner samples will showcase JELD-WEN’s other window ranges – the Stormsure Energy+ triple glazed A+ energy rated window, Elegance flush casement, Sliding Sash and Stormsure oak casement. These will also be in a variety of standard colours.
