Nick Pudsey, former Lightside product development manager at Jackson Building Centres, Lincoln, has volunteered his expertise for the trip of a lifetime to Uganda.
Mr Pudsey has taken on a three month adventure to lend a hand in the building and renovation of a school in a remote village in the surrounding area of the Ugandan capital city, Kampala.
Jackson Building Centres has sponsored Mr Pudsey's journey, covering the costs of the materials of which are crucial to undertake and complete the building project in Uganda. Alongside the building and renovation work for the school, Mr Pudsey will also be involved and aiding the construction of a small sports stadium for the school children, overall contributing to the quality of life the children have.
As a well-travelled individual, Mr Pudsey is keen to volunteer and utilise his experiences gained from his world explorations as well as his time spent at Jackson Building Centres, Lincoln Branch. Jackson’s is proud to support his ventures and anticipate Mr Pudsey’s report of his journey upon his return in three months’ time.
