Brett has put together an ‘Express Training’ programme for staff and has set up visits to its state-of-the-art production facility in Kent.
Brett Landscaping is working hard to make sure merchants have all the facts at their fingertips with training sessions and factory visits - like the one recently enjoyed by staff at Lords Builders Merchants.
Keen to work closely with merchant partners, Brett has put together an ‘Express Training’ programme for staff and has set up visits to their state-of-the-art production facility at Cliffe, in Rochester, Kent.
A group of senior staff from Lords, including sales managers and managing directors, visited the Cliffe site to learn more about Brett’s Agg Tech process which is used to manufacture its Invicta paving. They also learned more about the manufacturing processes for the Lugano block paving.
This was followed up by an Express Training delivery at Lords Builders Merchants’ Hayes branch for 12 staff from several different Lords branches. The training covered the technical aspects of the manufacturing process as well as recommendations for which products suit various projects.
