NYEs Building Supplies and Fixings & Powertool Center launches charity grant campaign for Christmas.
NYEs Building Supplies will be providing two charities with a funding grant of £3,000 each – £6,000 in total - as part of its ‘Proud to be Local’ campaign when it returns this month.
Proud to be Local, which ran for two years, will be back even bigger and better than ever after it was suspended in March due to the pandemic.
Kingsfold-based NYEs will be teaming up with its sister company, Fixings & Powertools Centre in Redhill, to triple its original £1,000 cash prize per winner to £3,000 each in a bid to help local charities and community groups in Sussex and Surrey that have been struggling during the current crisis.
The two companies are calling out for nominations during October and November. Four nominations will then be shortlisted for a public vote to decide the winner.

"We are hoping that by offering these two grants of £3,000, which will be delivered to the winners in time for Christmas, we can help make a huge difference to the charities across Sussex and Surrey and the people they support.”
