Carolyn Boyd has joined the sales team at Jablite as a project manager.
Ms Boyd started her career as an industrial engineer and more recently worked as a senior member of a buying team.
She said: “It is fascinating to be back in sales after a stint as a buyer. My experience certainly gives me a useful insight into the ‘B2B’ customer experience.”
Ms Boyd’s first responsibility is to implement a far-reaching customer relations management (CRM) system across the Jablite business.
“A good CRM can transform customer service levels almost overnight. It allows everyone who is involved with a customer to keep up-to-date with developments and it encourages idea sharing and group input,” explained Ms Boyd.
“It is also a great way to make sure that Jablite customer service always aims for the diamond standard and that we maintain a ‘continuous improvement’ results-orientated approach,” she added.
“Carolyn is an extremely talented manager and her dynamic organisation abilities will help us to achieve a successful CRM in a short period of time,” said David Teasdale, Jablite’s sales and marketing director.
