Kitchen manufacturer Omega plc has announced the appointment of Toni McLaren as Contracts Customer Services Manager.
McLaren joins the Omega team with a wealth of experience in managing quality assurance, compliance and customer care. Previous employers include First Bus, where she held the position of Quality and Complaints Manager, after having been National Contact Centre Quality Lead for the same organisation.
In her new role McLaren will be responsible for the contracts call off, administration and customer care teams, ensuring Omega continues to deliver unrivalled customer service to its valued contract customers.
McLaren said: “I am looking forward to being part of Omega’s journey as they strengthen and grow their position in the contracts market. Omega has a fantastic team in place and I am excited to see the ways my experience can benefit and develop the department.”
