PERI has announced the appointment of Stephen Parker and Neil Butlin to senior sales roles.
The pair have together accumulated more than 25 years’ experience in the formwork industry, and start their new roles with the manufacturer of scaffolding and formwork systems in different UK regions.
Mr Butlin joins the company’s Southern division sales team following a promotion from senior formwork designer to sales engineer. After joining PERI more than 15 years ago, he originally worked within the company’s technical design team.
PERI has helped Mr Butlin achieve an Advanced GNVQ in construction, as well as a HNC in civil engineering. After working as a formwork designer, he takes on the challenge of helping the manufacturer maximise growth of opportunities in the Southern region.
Mr Butlin said: “The new position will be challenging but I am excited to help PERI continue to push boundaries and work on some of the biggest projects in the UK.”
Mr Parker will lead the sales initiative in Wales, calling on his more than 15 years of experience in the construction and formwork industry. Joining from formwork manufacturers Doka, where he worked for 13 years, he will take up the position of sales manager both in the UK and abroad, on top of implementing a sales strategy for formwork and scaffolding systems in Wales.
He said: “I am delighted to have joined PERI’s UK sales team and have the opportunity to take a lead in the Welsh sales territory.
“PERI’s extensive range of products is impressive and I’m looking forward to introducing PERI to new customers while also maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.”
