Travis Perkins has put its Warrington distribution centre on the market.
The 11-acre industrial site, which includes a distribution complex spanning 110,000sq ft near Warrington has been put up for sale for £7.95m.
The sale of the Appleton Industrial Estate is to be handled by commercial real estate advisory firm Avison Young and B8 Real Estate.
Avison Young said the existing units on the freehold plot, which is built at 23% density, offer recently refurbished industrial accommodation with high quality, two-storey office workspace and concrete yards.
Simon Hampson, director at Avison Young’s Manchester office, said: “There remains a shortage of industrial space in the market, especially in Warrington, and following its recent refurbishment, a freehold opportunity of this size and quality is rare.
“The site comprises a large main warehouse and an open sided warehouse, ideal for large distributors and we expect the site to generate a lot of interest.”
