The leading supplier of façade products and fabrication services in the UK and Ireland has announced that the new appointments are part of its future-proofing plans.
Building on its 2026 growth momentum, Vivalda Group has made an investment into its people and expertise as it looks to 2027. The four appointments are John Porter, Senior Specification Manager; Josh Byrne, Head of Aluminium; Emma Davis, Group Commercial Manager; and Tony Hildreth, Branch Manager Vivalda London.
John Porter joins as Senior Specification Manager, bringing a wealth of experience to support architects, contractors, and specifiers in selecting the right solutions for their projects. His appointment reflects Vivalda's ongoing commitment to providing expert, hands-on support throughout the specification process.
Josh Byrne joins as Head of Aluminium, taking the lead on one of Vivalda's fastest-growing product categories. With significant experience in the aluminium façade sector, Josh will be instrumental in driving forward Vivalda's aluminium strategy – with a particular focus on growing sales of MetSkin, its solid aluminium cladding system.
MetSkin offers specifiers and contractors a lightweight, durable and highly versatile aluminium cladding solution, available in a wide range of finishes to suit both new-build and refurbishment projects. Josh's appointment underlines Vivalda's commitment to putting the right expertise behind the product.
Emma Davis has been appointed Group Commercial Manager, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting sales of cladding material and through wall façade components, including the popular Cedral range by Etex and Viroc's signature cement based cladding panels.
Tony Hildreth has been appointed Branch Manager, taking responsibility for driving operational performance and customer service in London. His leadership will be central to ensuring Vivalda continues to deliver a first-class experience for customers.
Ben Jayes, Group Managing Director of Vivalda Group, said: "These four appointments mark an exciting moment for us. Each of them brings genuine expertise and a track record of success in their field, and together they significantly strengthen our senior team.
"As we continue to grow, having the right people in the right roles is absolutely critical. John, Josh, Tony and Emma will each play a key part in helping us deliver for our customers. We're seeing green shoots emerging as projects gain Gateway 2 approval and design orders are issued, leading to an increased demand for façade material supplies. We're prepared and looking forward to increasing our market share as well as creating our own demand."
