Hoppe UK hopes the major investment programme in its Wolverhampton warehouse will encourage continued expansion.

The £400,000 investment in the 50,000 sq ft warehouse has developed a new logical layout to make inwards and outwards goods operations more efficient, place new storage and picking equipment, and new racking and coveyors to speed goods through the system.

Chris Mills from Hoppe said: “The improvements to the distribution centre are part of our group’s drive to improve efficiency across our business as part of its five-year growth plan.

“The whole operation in the centre is much more logical and efficient now and that means we’ve been able to make real improvements to our customer service experience.”
