Communication and publicity of the Green Deal is "inadequate”, according to Travis Perkins' Matthew Wright.

“They have spent £10m and if you think how much Tesco and John Lewis spend on their advertising, it is insignificant; it is a drop in the ocean," Mr Wright said recently at Sustainability Live in Birmingham. He continued to highlight that unless the Green Deal creates a market which private companies are going to invest in, “it is going to be a really slow uphill struggle".
