Brett Martin Group has appointed Kevin Bohea to the role of Divisional Director for its Plumbing & Drainage Division.
Bohea is a well-known and respected figure in the construction products industry, and his appointment is expected to strengthen the overall leadership of the independently owned, family-run business's Plumbing & Drainage Division, which is the UK's most successful independent building products manufacturer of above and below ground drainage systems.
Bohea brings extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering sustainable, profitable growth; developing high performing teams; and successfully navigating complex and evolving market environments. His career has been defined by a strong commercial focus combined with a deep understanding of customer needs, operational excellence and long term value creation.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles where he played a pivotal role in expanding market presence, strengthening product portfolios and embedding sustainability at the heart of growth strategies. He is widely recognised for balancing commercial performance with responsible business practices, ensuring growth is resilient, ethical and aligned with the future demands of the built environment.
Bohea is also a high-profile champion of construction products, having held positions such as Director of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), SEA (Sustainable Energy Association) and President of the Insulation Manufacturers Association (IMA).
At Brett Martin, he will apply his depth of industry knowledge and strategic leadership to support the company's continued investment in the latest manufacturing technology, product development and sustainable growth, in the construction sector.
