Recruitment agency Stirling Warrington has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Scattergood as Recruitment Resourcer in its Building Products recruitment division.
Scattergood joins the company after working within the construction and manufacturing industry since 2015. She'll apply that industry knowledge to hiring campaigns for entry-mid level operations roles, including customer service, sales, operations and more.
She commented: "After working closely with people at all levels of the industry, I have developed a strong knowledge of how the sector works. Having experienced all of the highs and lows this industry has. So, I'm going to use this knowledge to extend support the candidates and clients we work with.
"For candidates, understanding the industry can be one of the most daunting parts. Especially for those without industry experience. So, I hope to be able to apply my skills and knowledge to coach candidates through the process."
Scattergood will be working closely with the agency's Senior Recruitment Consultant, Natalie Chapman, who has over 17 years' experience recruiting into this market. Together, they will recruit for all levels of Sales and Marketing Professionals.
