Timber supplier Arbor Forest Products has strengthened its Trex® decking sales division with the appointment of two Area Sales Managers.
Newly-appointed Trex Southern Sales Manager Lee Heitzman (pictured) has worked with builders’ merchants and timber importers throughout his 22-year career, and for Arbor Forest Products since 2014. In his new role, Heitzman plans to focus on the individual needs of each Trex stockist within his area and will be driving awareness of the brand to ensure they each have the best chance of success.
He said: “In the years I’ve worked for Arbor Forest Products my perspective of Trex has changed from seeing it as simply another decking product, to what it really is: a world-leading outdoor living brand and I’m committed to continuing to spread this message amongst stockists, installers and end users.
“Being a family-run business makes it not only a pleasure to go to work each day, but it also means that we truly put the customer first, which includes our ‘Warehouse on Wheels’ ethos – allowing customers to use our site as an extension of their yard. I enjoy the people-facing aspect of this job immensely, so I’m excited to continue to develop both new and existing relationships with stockists and their staff.”
Tom Carter was appointed as Trex Northern Sales Manager in late April, and has since been responsible for developing new and existing accounts for the brand in the north. Since graduating in 2012, he has worked in sales for builders’ merchants, however his new role at Arbor Forest Products will see him work closely with Trex Pro Installers and end users.
