The Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA) has launched a new mobile app for over 70 registered companies within its manufacturing community.

The app is an expansion of the service offered by the trade association and will replace the current weekly Bathroom Bulletin in 2022.

Instead of only receiving weekly updates, the information on the app will be published in real time and it will host other relevant resources for members to reference - like technical and policy papers, committee updates, videos and more.

It also will offer another way for members to get in touch with the secretariat, via instant messaging and connect seamlessly with the association’s social media.

BMA Chief Executive, Tom Reynolds, said: “We are delighted to launch this app, one of the first of its kind in the trade association world.

“It will streamline our communications to members, offering a slick service on one platform.

“At the moment, BMA information is spread out across the website, the bulletin, emails and the members only site.

“The launch of our app will transform this, giving a single, efficient and succinct service to help our members get exactly what they need.”

The app is available to all BMA members and affiliates, and any colleagues in these businesses can download and access it.

Visit your app store and search for ENGAGEFULLY. Then open the app and on the welcome screen search for BMA.

The unlocked sections are open, and the padlocked sections such as the resource centre, will require registration for access.

The app will be constantly updated on all industry and association news with push notifications going out for urgent updates and a weekly run down of the highlights.

In future, the events section will be expanding to offer bookings via the app, view the speaker’s information, venue details and even down to the wifi code for BMA events.
