MKM Building Supplies has opened a new branch in Burnley - its 56th nationally - creating 15 jobs in the Lancashire town.
The branch offers all of MKM's products and services, including building materials, timber, roofing and joinery supplies as well as brick-matching and take-off services.
It also contains kitchen and bathroom showrooms and a landscaping display.
The Hull-based merchant has plans for more than 100 branches by 2022.
Heading up MKM Burnley are Branch Directors Paul Swindells and Darren Snape. As well as the 15 new roles spanning showroom specialists to sales and yard assistants, MKM Burnley also brings a new vehicle fleet of two wagons and curtainsider lorries.
Swindells said: “Having spent plenty of time putting together the perfect team, we’re delighted to be opening in Burnley.
