Piers d’Orgée has joined Blue Rock Systems as its internal account manager.
This newly created role is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to improving its customer service. Mr d’Orgée will be keeping in regular contact with all customers and monitoring customer satisfaction, as well as dealing with inbound quotes and enquiries.
“It’s a varied role, which centres around understanding our customer’s unique businesses and listening to their requirements,” explained Mr d’Orgée. “Sometimes customers can feel like their voice isn’t heard within a company, and I’m here to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
Glen Jewell, sales director, added: “We’re really pleased to have Piers join the team. With so much of our time spent on the road visiting clients personally, it’ll be beneficial to our customers to have one familiar voice on the end of the phone.”
