Lafarge Tarmac took home a prize last night at the Marketing Excellence Awards, hosted by the Chartered Institute for Marketing.

The Awards recognise excellence and outstanding marketing in various industry sectors. Bringing together businesses from across the country, they present an opportunity for companies to showcase marketing excellence and their innovative and successful campaigns from the past year.

Lafarge Tarmac’s resealable tubs range won the company the Excellence Award in the Construction/Engineering/Manufacturing category. Mike Lomax, marketing communication manager, said: “Winning such a prestigious award, which is recognised by our whole industry, is testimony to the great popularity we have seen with our innovative plastic tubs range.
