Two new team members at rooflight manufacturer Xtralite are aiming high as they replace colleagues who have “amassed years of industry experience between them”.
Craig Hebberd joins Xtralite as area manager for the northwest and has 10 years experience of the roofing industry. In addition, Rob Wall enjoys an internal promotion with the company, having been a valued member of the installation and contracts staff for over seven years.
“Mr Hebberd and Mr Wall replace Ivan Hartshorne, 75, and Bev Holding, 67, who have both decided to embrace the delights of retirement. It has been essential that we find quality replacements so that they can enjoy substantial and detailed handovers with them,” said Jim Lowther, sales director at Xtralite.
“Both of our new area sales managers have considerable experience in the construction and rooflight industries and, while the shoes are challenging to fill, I am confident that we can achieve this together.”
